  Before founding Ener Systems in 1997, Michele worked as a project engineer for Laitram and Multicraft Electronics. Michele's responsibilities included project management, research, design, and development of electronics, quality assurance of electrical components, and technical sales.

  As the founder and president of Ener Systems, Michele has over 10 years of experience in IT management, products, and services. Michele is a trusted IT advisor specializing in small business networks. Under her management, Ener Systems has partnered with Intel, Microsoft, and TrendMicro to provide secure and reliable, high quality products and systems to improve workflow, streamline communications and enhance productivity.

  For 15 years, René has helped small businesses manage and protect their intellectual assets by implementing cost-saving technologies which streamline their operations and processes to realize increased efficiency, productivity and security. Since the inception of Ener Systems, René has been a trusted IT Advisor with expertise in infrastructure, network security, threat remediation, network design and implementation.

  René has a thorough knowledge of C++, Microsoft SQL Server (2000, 2005), Microsoft Exchange (2003, 2007), the Linux and Windows operating systems. Rene brings his experience from his participation in BlackHat, Microsoft Ninjitsu: Black Belt, EC-Council Ethical Hacking and Countermeasures conferences to implement "best of breed" technologies for securing and protecting against electronic and physical vandalism, enable business continuity and provide reliable, scalable hardware: Spam Reduction, Virus Protection/Remediation (TrendMicro, Reflexion), Backup Exec (local and remote), NeverFail (Disaster Prevention).

  René has also worked for Engineering Dynamics, Inc., as a Software Engineer and IT Manager and for Multicraft Electronics as a General Manager and Project Engineer.
